Agreement to Terms

By using the Meeter for Google Meet ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and Apple’s End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided by Developer AB. for accessing Google Meet on macOS. You must have a valid Google account to use the App’s features, which rely on Google APIs for calendar and meeting access.

2. License

Developer AB. grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on macOS devices you own or control, per Apple’s EULA.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App.
• Use the App for illegal purposes or to violate Google Meet’s terms.
• Attempt to access unauthorized data through the App.

4. Disclaimer

The App is independently developed by Developer AB. and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Google Meet. All references to Google Meet are for informational purposes only.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Developer AB. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including issues with Google Meet services.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
